Kleverin Gravois and the seeking for a new outfit

The pic just look great Gerry, but PLEASE get rid of that crappy T shirt my avatar is wearing, now, I mean it!.

Those were the first few words SK (my niece) send me over the other day while we were face-booking a bit. I was showing her a couple of pics of the avatar I created partially based on her. It was very funny to realize how fast, because of that similarity, she ‘owned’ immediately (... my avatar is wearing) my creation, haha. Perhaps you have noticed the other day how close the ‘physical’ looking of Kleverin (Lacan's twib sister) is to the actual SK ‘character’ (for very personal reasons—and private ones as well—I rather refer to her as a ‘character’; yes she is a person, a bright, funny and good looking one, but mainly she is—within the familial context— a character), but believe me that's nothing compared to the psychological, personality treatment which, in the next days I will be embodying in terms of personality, and behaviour from the real character to the virtual one (?). Is this, yet, a sort of linear process like it used to be? After the reading of Nick Yee's research I doubt it. But let's proceed gradually, step by step:

1. Being a hot chick in SL is mostly expected (and celebrated).
Once Kleverin Gravois was ready (so to speak) I began to wander SL (could be this the first family feature?, the need of wandering loosely a given place?). Very soon I discovered how generous (and relatively easy to get) is the female-clothing & accesoires offer/demand scenario within SL. But, hey I have a very rough idea of which garments, clothes and accesoires are cool and which are not. Yes relating to a female avatar, being a man, is not an easy thing as Michael stated the other day you may end up in a closed alley or being easily cornered because you don't have the resources (and the weapons in the case of my female family section, I must say) to quickly and successfully reply, neutralize, attack and/or counter-attack inadequate behaviour from others. Just for the record, the first 3 friendship invitations came in a matter of seconds (from female and male avatars of course). Invitations to clubs, and profitable careers as dancer or top model (?) came soon as well.

For the conventional reasons (I guess) good looks and kinkiness are perceived, decode and ranked in a very similar fashion whether you are in SL and RL:

2. Why spend so much time reshaping yourself when you can be several ‘others’?

Sofia got bored very soon of this and, consequently decided to explore other kind of worlds, identities and appearances:

3. Born Under a promissory Astrological combination pays your Avatar several rewards

More to come in the next hours, but consider the following combined numbers (DOB in SL and date of public presentation)

11•04•2008
11•11•2008

Those numbers can be reduced to a double two digit's line:

16
14

Here are hermetic astrologic and magic values (and symbolism) ivolved, those are very eloquent and, yet, balanced.
The numbers are totally related to the person behind Lacan and Kleverin, yes those are my numbers and the most powerful of them (8) is strategically hidden for Mythopoeic reasons.

So let's see how a female and a male character deal and cope with life in SL under the influence of such symbolism and power.
My point is that behind any avatar we have (yes a person, but also) a full mythology to deal with, a symbolism always extroverted in personal interactions and protean aims in the form of coded behaviour, whether this may happen conscious or unconsciously.

Enough for now --
